All participants including presenting authors must register individually online via the website.

Accompanying Persons’ fee includes; Coffee-breaks and refreshments during the meeting, Welcome reception, and Conference banquet. (Require for ages 7 and older)
†Extra Conference Banquet Ticket is for those attending the Banquet on January 15 (Wed) only.
*Excursion is not included in the registration fee (separate registration and payment are required).
Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fee (excluding Extra Conference Banquet Ticket) upon request, less a JPY 10,000 processing fee, if registration is cancelled on or before November 30, 2024 (JST).
No refunds are offered on or after December 1, 2024 (JST).
Note that Extra Banquet Ticket is non-refundable.
