VISA:
Participants who need to obtain VISA to Japan are requested to contact ISPED2025 office via e-mail with the following information sooner as possible.
Full Name (first, middle, sure name), date of birth,
Sex, Nationality, Affiliation (institution), Position (Prof., Student, Researchers etc.), Country, Address, Telephone No, E-mail address, Presentation (y/n) and its (tentative) title if yes, (tentative) Schedule of Visit (arrive/departure date at Japan), Hotel Information (If possible).
*Note that the invitation letter and necessary documents will be sent to participant who are going to attend (has registered/will register via the registration system AMARYS) the ISEPD2025.
ACCOMMODATION (Hotel):
The symposium organizer will not arrange for hotel reservations. Please make your hotel reservations through your travel agency or hotel booking service.
